14 days to withdraw
You can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund of the pack price. This includes reviews already used during that period. We do not ask you to waive this right when you start a review. No reason is required.
How to send your request
Use the two-step form below, email [email protected], or write to HYDRADATA, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France. Identify your account email and purchase. An unambiguous statement that you withdraw is enough; use of our form is optional.
What happens next
The remaining credits from the selected purchase are paused when you confirm online. Your other packs and free trial are unaffected. We acknowledge your request with a date, reference and downloadable receipt. We return a qualifying refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Your bank may take additional time to display it. We do not replace a cash refund with review credits.
Other problems with a purchase
A failed AI review returns its reserved credit automatically. If the service is unavailable, a purchase is incorrect, or a problem arises after the withdrawal period, contact support. The 14-day policy does not limit statutory rights or remedies for a service that does not conform to your contract.
